Comfortable and Convenient for Families
We enjoyed our stay for two nights! The room provided ample space for three suitcases and had a small Japanese bath, which was delightful. The nearby convenience stores were great for late-night snacks, and the location allowed for a peaceful retreat yet easy access to vibrant areas. Don't miss out on the morning pastries!

Room size felt too cramped for comfort!!! Navigating to Shinjuku station took too long, making it inconvenient for sightseeing!!! Snack options were sweet but limited, leaving a lack of variety for late-night cravings!!!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Bespoke Hotel Shinjuku, where the staff was exceptionally helpful. The hotel is conveniently located near various subway stations and offers delightful complimentary snacks, including coffee and pastries throughout the day, which added a special touch to my experience.
Rooms could be more spacious.

The Uonuma-grown rice served nearby is a culinary treasure! Exploring local gems like Toraya and Niboshi Ramen Nagi made my foodie soul sing. Plus, the complimentary evening drinks and morning pastries were a delightful way to unwind after a day of adventures.
It wasn't quite as close to Shinjuku Station as we'd hoped, but we found our way around easily enough—just keep that in mind!

The location of Bespoke Hotel in Kabukicho was perfect, just a short walk to vibrant nightlife and surrounded by convenience stores. My room, a Deluxe Double Room, was small but clean, fitting two large suitcases comfortably. I loved the daily breakfast pastries and the self-serve coffee available throughout the day. Evening happy hour with drinks and snacks was a nice bonus. However, the bathroom felt cramped, and the limited English TV channels were frustrating. The housekeeping service was good, but I encountered some dust in certain spots, which could be improved for a cleaner feel. No fridge in the room was a bit inconvenient too.

A delightful surprise in Shinjuku
I was greeted by the warm, enticing aroma of fresh pastries each morning. The generous 'Happy Hour' turned out to be a hidden gem for unwinding after a day of exploring. The hotel's location provided easy access to vibrant nightlife and serene spots alike.
The room size felt a bit cramped for three. We encountered a minor hiccup with our luggage transfer, as the staff seemed unsure at first, but it was eventually handled.

I had a great five-night stay here! The free coffee and drinks in the evening were fantastic, and I loved the cleanliness of the room. However, the location was a bit far from the main station, which was a drawback.

Great 24-hour reception, but limited lift space made moving luggage tough.

Had a wonderful stay at Bespoke Hotel Shinjuku. The staff were accommodating and bilingual, always ready to clean the rooms promptly. It was nice to have plenty of water provided to combat the summer heat. Complimentary mini muffins and donuts in the lobby were a delightful touch. The self-laundry services were convenient and reasonably priced, making everything effortless during our stay.
Room size was smaller than expected.

Just a solid selection for a two-day stay in Tokyo with all in all brilliant value for money. The staff was super friendly and always ready to help whenever I had questions. Pack light because the rooms are cozy, but you might find some great spots nearby for snacks.
